Brunch

My top brunch picks in the UK and USA.

UK:

1. Sally White, London

This open faced scrambled egg, avocado and smoked salmon creation is something else… and is available just around the corner from my office #dangerous

2. Bad Egg, London

This place does the best bottomless prosecco brunch and small plates- We went at 5pm… it’s never too late for brunch! My favourites were the fried chicken and banana pancakes & cheeseburger hash.

3. Nandos, LGW Airport

Yes Nandos does do brunch! We have only ever eaten it at London Gatwick airport, but I REALLY hope they roll it out! The Peri Peri chicken eggs Benedict is perfection.

USA:

1. The Collins Quarter, Savannah GA

We still have dreams about this place… The hash is INCREDIBLE – if you are ever in Savannah Collins Quarter is a must eat!

2.The Gourmet Shop, Columbia SC.

When I was at college gourmet shop was our go to. Incredible sandwiches and soups, and a deli to take some home with you. Don’t forget to try the lemonade!

3. The Circle at The Breakers, Palm Beach, FL.

If I could live off of The Circle’s signature Rose flavoured jam every day I would. Before we went to Palm Beach Mark was skeptical about a 50$ per head breakfast… Worth.Every.Penny. I hear Sunday brunch is even better!

Our Home Favourites:

1. Banana pancakes.

Simply mash banana, mix with egg and fry like normal pancake batter- ready in minutes and healthier then regular pancakes!

2. Avo toast.

You can’t beat mashed avocado on brown toast for ease.

3. Smoked salmon and cream cheese.

Exactly that.
